Can I get a free website if I don't already have one?

Yes. If your business already has enough usable information and imagery on Facebook, Instagram or another approved online presence, you may still qualify.

How do I know if I qualify for a free build?

Send us your existing online profiles and we'll check whether there's enough usable content for us to create your ArrowSite efficiently.

Can you build a website from my Facebook page?

Yes, potentially. Established Facebook business pages often contain enough information, imagery and contact details for us to work from.

Can you build from Instagram?

Yes, where the profile contains enough usable business information and imagery. We'll check and let you know.

What if I don't have enough content online?

No problem. We also build websites completely from scratch, starting from $995.

What if I need more than 5 pages?

No problem. ArrowSites include up to 5 pages as standard, and you can add additional static brochure pages up to a maximum of 10 pages for $125 each. During our launch, we're waiving those additional page fees for the first 100 qualifying websites — so you can have up to 10 pages included at no additional build cost.

What if I need more than 10 pages?

ArrowSite is designed for simple, professional brochure websites. If you need more than 10 pages, we'll review the project and let you know whether it can still fit the ArrowSite model or requires a custom website solution.

Does having more pages increase my monthly fee?

No. If your website remains within the standard ArrowSite scope, your Website Hosting remains $40/month. Additional page fees are one-off build charges only.

Is there a setup fee?

Eligible Free Websites are designed and built for $0. New Websites are built from $995. In both cases, $40/month Website Hosting (with a 12-month minimum) begins once your website goes live.

Can I cancel anytime?

After your 12-month minimum commitment, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Your domain, logo, imagery and original business content remain yours.

What happens if I cancel?

Your ArrowSite website will cease to operate after cancellation. ArrowSite websites cannot be exported or transferred to another hosting provider. Your domain and all content you supplied remain yours.

What's a Basic Website Update?

A Basic Website Update is a $20 change request covering small content or image updates (up to 30 minutes of work). Technical faults are included at no cost — customer-requested changes are charged.

Is there a free trial?

With the eligible Free Website pathway, we build your website first so you can review it before deciding whether to activate Website Hosting. There's no obligation to activate the preview. If you launch: $40/month Website Hosting with a 12-month minimum.

What's included in the revision round?

Your build includes one revision round. This means you can request a set of changes to your initial design and we'll update it before launch. Additional revision rounds are available as paid add-ons.
